    Our professional services start the moment you arrive in Spain. We will greet you at the airport, bring you to your hotel, allow you the time you need to relax (after what may have been a tiring journey), before suggesting an itinerary. Only when you are ready, we will embark on a sun-kissed tour of the region to show you the healthy, outdoor lifestyle on offer with our own freehold properties that suit your requirements and budget.

  • CONTRACT-TERM ASSISTANCE
    Our Contract-term Assistance service starts from the day you sign the private Purchase Contract to the day you collect the Title Deeds and keys to your new home in Spain. We will liaise with banks, lawyers and local authorities on your behalf. We also make scheduled inspections during all construction phases of your new home as well as accommodating your requests for any building modifications, fixtures and fittings. In summary, we ensure you are kept informed every step of the way to guarantee your investment expectations are met.

  • LEGAL ADVICE
    With many years experience in protecting the legal rights of our clients, we highly recommend an English-speaking Spanish lawyer to guide, advise and ably represent your interests before, during and after contract negotiations. Our legal advisors are all highly qualified in Spanish Property Law and of course conduct their everyday business entirely in English. Subject to status, Spanish mortgages of up to 80% ot the valuation of your property are widely available though you will need to demonstrate 'proof of income'.
